Maybe the new young lady from louisiana & the manager of the Starbucks. Someone needs to teach them the meaning of hospitality.
We come back for the terrific Ayisa at Starbucks, our host, and the location. These desk people, except for Miss Louisiana, are rude, arrogant & hostile. We go back at four and are now told it is still dirty? Somehow now it’s not ready and they put him down the hall. We laughed and said we would come back later that’s ridiculous if it’s ready and specifically reserved for us. We are both 7Star and the rooms are comped and supposed to be adjoining. When we went back an older lady had taken her place and she said that my husband’s room was ready but there would be a charge to check in early. When I checked into my room earlier, I had a wonderful young lady from Lafayette la who just started working here in June. Once again, we are faced with the rude older women at the front desk.
